First off, the shipping is very fast. I received them in 3 days. Check out the company's reviews regarding the shipping time. These particular shoes are $50 on other sites, so the $19.99 price is a huge factor in my purchase. I love the comfort of these shoes because I have lower back issues and cannot wear heels, but love to look nice when I leave the house. They go with nearly everything from jeans to capris and shorts or a sundress. Walking in them is comfortable and I can wear them all day long. The only reason this review has a 4 star rather than 5 is because there is a breaking in period. The canvas is a bit stiff at first but softens nicely with wear.

I purchased some heel gel inserts that stick to the inside heels that alleviate blisters. The inserts can be purchased at any store. They also have small wrap around for thong sandals to alleviate the rubbing between the big toe and second toe. They are a life saver!

Cons: soles not flexible at ball of foot (makes it difficult to walk), runs half-size larger.
Getting returned...

I just received these today. I ordered wide width and it fits perfectly. The shoes are lightweight, perfect for warm, summery days. The heel height is 2.5 inches and seems quite comfortable to walk in. Looking forward to wearing these with jeans and a nautical top I have.
